P6100 DUAL Microphone Kit for Upright and Grand Piano

The P6100 DUAL microphone kit for upright and grand piano is designed for studio and live productions.
The easy and reproducible mounting ensures that you carry your own sound and sound shaping along any studio and any venue for any piano.

Use in Studios:
The microphone kit excels in quick setup after arrival for studio rehearsal and initial recordings.
Likewise it is quickly removed.
For recordings it is easily complemented with large ribbon microphones for final take.

Use in Live Recording and Live Amplification:
The unique pickup approach inside the piano enables live performances with high bleed reduction when the lid is closed. This   enables application in loud performance with mixing of classical piano with big orchestras in jazz, rock and pop.
The bleed reduction is however sufficient with open lid in chamber performances without close neighbours.

• The inside mounting of multiple REMIC microphones ensures that the sound is picked up with the fastest phase synchronisation available in the industry.
• The efficient pickup character of the microphones provides an inherent bleed suppression.
• Bleed reduction from loud adjacent instruments is achieved when using the microphones with closed lid on the piano.
• The REMIC Piano Microphones feature fast magnetic attachment inside the piano on the metal frame (harp).
• Balanced output to XLR Connector, 48V Phantom Power required
