REMIC W3200 for Brass Instruments and Western Concerto Flute – Limited Edition

The REMIC W3200 is designed for close miking of brass instruments like saxophone, trombone, trompet and flugelhorn as well as 20mm western concerto flute.
It includes an ultra high sensitivity condenser along with an embedded preamp powered by 48Volt Phantom Power.
It can be used in any type of live, studio, theatre and broadcast production, and delivers a natural sound response while offering a moderate suppression of ambient sound sources based on supercardioid polar pattern.

The microphone housing of the REMIC W3200 is made of blackened stainless steel for long life in a professional environment.  It comes with an ultraflexible and lightweight 4mm cotton braided cable with a length of 2 meter.

The REMIC W3200 includes a mount for brass instruments and a flute mount to allow a fixed and set location on the instrument to ensure reproducible and consistent sound settings based on the artists choice.

The click mount is made of black natural rubber with inherent vibration damping. It allows quick mounting and dismounting as well as avoiding any harm to the instrument.

On request special mounts are available.The design of these mount offers a wide variety of mounting positions for choice of the sound shaping. These positions ensure a fine interaction between the fundamental- and overtone- register of the instrument.
