Terms & Conditions for Purchase in REMIC Audio Webshop

PAYMENT

No orders will be shipped before payment is complete and confirmed. Upon request a payment link can be issued to perform the payment or details for a bank transfer can be provided.

V.A.T. (Valued Added Tax)

For private customers in the European Union, danish VAT will be added during checkout.
For all customers outside the European Union, danish VAT will NOT be added during checkout.

IMPORT DUTY, TARIFFS & TAX

Customers outside the European Union must expect to pay import duties and fees.

These duties and taxes vary from country to country and REMIC Audio ApS is not responsible and has no influence upon the procedures of customs of the individual countries.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping Policies

Shipping fee will be added to the order as a flat fee based upon weight and destination during the order creation.

 If an item is lost during shipping, the total cost of item, including shipping, will be refunded to the buyer by the seller. If an item is damaged during shipping, seller will not be held responsible.

Delivery

The delivery time is estimated to 1 to 12 working days depending upon customs clearance which differ from country to country. The maximum delivery time is, 30 working days (by law).
REMIC Audio cannot be held responsible for any delay due to delivery errors.

WARRANTY

Warranty is 2 years against manufacturing defects. This applies only to products manufactured by REMIC Audio ApS. Warranty does not include wear and tear as expected from normal use.

COMPLAINTS

Any complaint must be directed to REMIC Audio ApS. 

The complaints should be sent to our support team: support@remic.dk. Each case will be looked at individually.

Required information:

The complaint must consist of following:

  • Product name/type
  • Serial number
  • Error description
  • Your name
  • Your country
  • Your address
  • Your e-mail
  • Your phone number

REFUND/RETURN POLICY

  • If Buyer regrets a purchase completed via the REMIC Audio Webshop according to our 30 days right to return policy, REMIC Audio ApS has to be clearly notified before the deadline for the right to return has expired.
  • Items are entitled to be refunded or returned based on accepted  complaint. 
  • If an item is damaged during shipping to Buyer, the Buyer is responsible for raising a complaint against the shipping company. A replacement item will be sent upon return of the damaged one. 
  • If an item is unsatisfactory, a written explanation is required before the item may be considered for a refund. The Buyer must take into account the description of the item before requesting a refund. If the item matches the description of the product and the Buyer is unsatisfied, Seller is not responsible for refund. 
  • Exchanges are granted on a case-by-case basis. 
  • In case of returning the product for service this must be done in full accordance with REMIC Audio ApS.

SERVICE

When Remic Audio Support receives a product for repair a first review will result in a quote for the repair. The quote will include the cost of return shipping.

RETURN SHIPPING

The Buyer must specify name, address, order number, and other relevant information such as tracking number for return shipment. The Buyer must notify REMIC Audio ApS by sending an email to support@remic.dk.

If you want to return a product because you regretted the purchase or ordered the wrong item, Buyer pays the shipping costs for the item. Buyers outside of EU will not get any refund for any VAT, tariffs or taxes paid.

Remember to clearly mark the shipment as “Return to Supplier”. 

Please note that the product should be unused and with all labels left and returned in original packaging. REMIC Audio ApS is not responsible for any shipping damage on return shipment, therefore please return items well packed.

LEGAL

The Seller is not responsible for any financial, health or safety concerns once the Buyer has received the item. If any harm is incurred from the items purchased by the buyer, the Seller shares no responsibility.
