Introduction
When you visit our website, some information about you is used to customizing and improving our content and to increase the value of the content that appears on the page.

The processing of your data related to the use of the website is either based on your consent or in case it is necessary for us to run the website or deliver services which you have requested such as described below under personal data, cf. GDPR art. 6(1)(a)-(b).

Personal data
Generally
Personal data is any kind of information that to some extent can be attributed to you. When using our website we collect and process a variety of such information. It happens, for example at normal access of content, if you subscribe to our newsletter, participate in any contests or surveys, register as a user or subscriber, other uses of services or making purchases via the website.
We collect and process typically the following types of information: A unique ID and technical information about your computer, tablet or mobile phone, your IP number, location, and what pages you click (interests). To the extent you give explicit consent and even enter the information processed is also: Name, phone number, Email address and payment information. It will typically be in relation to the subscription of our Newsletter or a purchase.
Security
We have taken technical and organizational measures to prevent your information from being accidentally or illegally deleted, published, lost, impaired or unauthorized disclosed, abused or otherwise processed in violation of the law.
Purpose
The information is used to identify you as a user and show you the texts that will be most likely to be relevant for you, to register your purchases and payments, and to provide the services you have requested, for example, to send a newsletter or deliver purchased products. In addition, we use the information to optimize our services and content.
What do we do with your personal data when you sign up to know about new product releases?
In addition to our general Cookie and Data Policy the following applies:
When signing up to know more about new product releases, specific promotional efforts will be made. By accepting these conditions you will automatically be included as receiver of our own newsletters, which we use to send offers and news. The information given by you may be used to improve our marketing on social media such as Facebook helping us to create marketing materials. Should you no longer wish to receive our newsletters, you will be able to opt out of them, by clicking on the “unsubscribe” link in the newsletter. Your data will be stored by the widely used e-mail marketing system Mailchimp as well as our content management system WordPress.
When you sign up to know about new products, we will normally introduce you to a local distributor or dealer who will be able to take care of a possible the sale to you or for the purpose of initiating a demo process. You will be informed about who the distributor is.
By accepting these conditions you also accept that the distributor introduced to you may include you in his or hers marketing efforts such as, but not limited to, as receiver of his or hers newsletters.
Retention period
The information is stored as long time allowed by law, and we will delete them when they are no longer needed. The period depends on the nature of the information and the background for storage. It is therefore not possible to specify a general time frame for when information is deleted.
Storage and disclosure of information
Data about your use of the website, which ads you receive and eventually click, geographic location, gender and age segments etc. are disclosed to third parties to the extent this information is known. You can see which third parties are involved in the section on “Details about the Cookies” below, however it concerns Google Analytics and Facebook Pixel. The information is used to target advertising.
We use a number of additional third parties for storage and processing of data. These deals solely with information on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.
Disclosure of personal information such as name and e-mail, etc. will only happen if you consent to it. We only use data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide your information with sufficient protection. Data processing by Google Analytics take place in the US and you can delete cookies from Google Analytics by blocking marketing cookies below.
Insight and complaints
You have the right to know what personal information we process about you. You can also, at any time object to the use of information. Furthermore, you can revoke your consent to the treatment of information about you. If the data processed about you is wrong you have the right that they shall be corrected or erased. If you wish to complain about our treatment of your personal data, you also have the opportunity to contact the Danish Data Protection Agency.
